When and why did you join Terra Firma?

I joined Terra Firma in November 2015. I already knew a few of the staff members so when an opportunity in a support role became available I jumped at the chance to join. I knew the role would be a good challenge with the specific job duties and skills being things I have strong talent in, I was excited to get the opportunity.

What do you love about the company?

Every day is different, there is great variety to my role so there’s never a dull moment. The people are great to work with, all with such a diverse background, I’m learning something new every day. I love that everyone cares and you have flexibility when needed.

What are you looking forward to in your career at Terra Firma?
