Consulting Capability Executive

Tom joined Terra Firma in 2012 as a Senior Consultant and has risen through the ranks and grown as the company has. Coming from a background of various senior and executive level roles in government, Tom jumped into his first Terra Firma role providing governance and assurance consulting in Telstra networks, Telstra IT, nbn Security, and several state government engagements. From there, he became a Team Lead, then Lead Consultant and, as of December 2019, is the Consulting Capability Executive.

As the Consulting Capability Executive, Tom is responsible for developing and maintaining Terra Firma’s people and their skills to deliver quality customer outcomes. This includes ensuring the wellbeing and development of our consultants, market development, and scaling our capability to meet market and industry needs.

In his spare time, Tom is busy playing taxi to his sons’ sporting events or exploring Melbourne’s café and bar scene with his partner.
