Chris leads Terra Firma’s consulting practice and client-facing industry teams, ensuring strong alignment between capability, delivery, and client outcomes.

Chris joined Terra Firma in 2001 and has grown with the business over more than two decades. Starting as a Project Manager and progressing through Industry and Practice leadership roles, he brings a practical, first-hand understanding of what it takes to achieve great outcomes and build strong teams.

As Director of Consulting, he holds overall accountability for client delivery excellence, while also championing the growth, wellbeing, and development of Terra Firma’s consulting community. With a clear focus on the future, Chris plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction. He is constantly looking ahead to where Terra Firma can be in two, ten, and twenty years, and helping guide the business toward that vision.

Chris is passionate about people and the individuality they bring to the firm. He thrives on the robust conversations, diverse perspectives, and daily interactions that define Terra Firma’s culture.

He believes that great work happens in an environment where people enjoy what they do. Chris has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture, and in shaping the structures that enable teams to work together effectively and deliver lasting value.
