Director of Consulting

Chris stands at the head of the consulting practice and client-facing industry teams at Terra Firma, ensuring these two vital elements are always working in sync.

As Director of Consulting, Chris has overall responsibility for all aspects of client delivery and for the well-being and ongoing development of our consulting staff. He is also constantly looking at where Terra Firma can be within two years, 10 years, and beyond and he steers the company accordingly, in line with the strategic direction and vision.

Chris has been with Terra Firma since 2001 and thus has a unique understanding of all elements of the business. He worked his way up from Project Manager, to Industry Manager, to Consulting Practice Manager, and now to the Director of Consulting. He has deep knowledge of each position in the company and how they work together.

One of the main things Chris loves about the Terra Firma is the people. He loves the individuality of each person he works with, and the robust conversations and interactions each day brings.

To Chris, it’s important that working life is enjoyable, and this is something he has fostered at Terra Firma. Just as important is the collaborative way of working, and Chris has played an all-important role in putting the organisational structures in place that nurture this type of culture and environment.

Away from the office Chris leads an active life. You can find him riding in our Terra Firma cycling gear, taking his kids to the beach to surf, or exploring country Victoria.
