Hiral Patel

I joined Terra Firma in late February 2022. In my previous roles, I have focused on only one client. After having discussions with management, I saw the multiple roles and opportunities available to me. I wanted to work with different clients in different domains, and I am excited for a new experience.

One of the best moments of my career was when, as a Scrum Master, I transitioned a team into agile delivery and trained my team members with the agile delivery model. I have received a Best Teammate award from my Agile Coach to make things happen in an efficient way. I had also initiated an Agile session monthly in my team where I used to come up with Agile ideas for better team performance. It really helped each team member to get along with the process and perform well.

At Terra Firma, I am hoping to achieve most of the Business Analyst and Consultancy skills. I am looking forward to enhancing my career more towards a business expertise role, which will help me to provide my best skills to the client.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my kids. I have twin boys and they keep me busy and entertained all day. If I find some time for myself, it would be reading novels I enjoy the most.
